We are all busy these days. Juggling more than ever before. Living in a chronic state of stress, moving through life on auto-pilot, with old stories, experiences and limiting beliefs holding us back.

Our thoughts and mindset lead the direction of our day-to-day experiences. Directly influencing our feelings, self-belief, confidence and relationships.

Stress impacts the quality of our sleep, increases anxiety, causes hormone imbalances, disrupts our digestive system and weakens our immune system. 

 As humans we have a 'negativity bias'. We look out for danger and the negative before we see the positive side.

This was important from an evolutionary standpoint as it helped us survive, but it means that if we don't make an active effort to train our mind to see the positive and beauty around us, we can often get stuck in cycles of anxiety, and negativity.

This impacts our mood, stress levels, energy and vitality for life.

I believe it is essential to have rituals, spaces, experiences, communities that feeds us with gratitude, support, acceptance and positive guidance.

I have been using breathwork, meditation, affirmations and journaling since 2017.

These tools supported me through stages of huge change, helping me make breakthroughs in my mindset, reconnect with my body, reassess my values and my vision for life. 

After working with women for sometime I saw how most of us go through the same challenges in life, and I wanted to share these tools with everyone, so I trained as a Breathwork Facilitator. 

This sparked the passion in me to create 




A space to experience the magic calming effect of Breathwork, and empowering masterclasses.

Light stretching for tension relief.
Guided breathing for relaxation and grounding. Meditation to finish.

A friendly, cozy, candlelit class. If you have never done ANYTHING like this before, this is for you! (This is not intense breathwork for emotional release)


All you need is to wear comfy clothes, and bring a blanket.


Yoga mats, eye pillows, bolsters will be provided.

Group sessions breathwork styles vary from week to week, but the focus is always stress relief.

Private sessions can be done online or in my home clinic in Swords, Dublin.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN my BREATHWORK CLASS...

Overtime using conscious breathing helps to calm the overactive mind, become more attuned to your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations which brings an overall sense of balance.

Deep breathing techniques can oxygenate the brain, improving cognitive function and mental clarity. This can lead to better decision-making, problem-solving, and overall cognitive performance.

Build resilience. Respond to stressors with greater calmness and clarity, breathwork empowers you to navigate challenging situations more effectively.

Deep breathing before bedtime can signal to the body that it's time to wind down, making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night.

Decreased muscle tension, lower blood pressure, and a slower heart rate. This physical relaxation can help symptoms of anxiety, stress and increase feelings of calmness and tranquility.
